Flights to Grenada
Carriacou in located in the country of Grenada in the West Indies and is 100 miles southwest of Barbados. The average flying time from New York to Grenada is four and a half hours. Many airlines have direct flights to Grenada and from there it's a short 20 minute flight on SVG Airlines or a 90 minute ferry ride aboard the Osprey Ferry. If you're having trouble finding direct flights into Grenada, consider flying into Barbados or Trinidad and taking one of the local Caribbean Airlines for the one hour flight to Grenada.
From Grenada it's a 90 minute ferry ride or a 20 minute flight on SVG Air to Carriacou. Private planes can also be chartered out of Barbados, Grenada or Union. Bluewater Villa is a ten minute drive from the Carriacou airport or three minutes from the ferry dock.
