Main Deck
Bluewater was designed with an eye to outdoor living with over 1800 SF of open air terraces and outdoor living spaces to play and lounge in. The main deck has stunning ocean views, comfortable oversized sofa, teak dining table and chairs for six, Balinese style carved screens and coffee tables. Two large ceiling fans provide for excellent air movement along with the natural trade winds. The Villa has high speed and very consistent wireless internet access throughout.

Pool Deck
Cool off with a refreshing dip in the stone edged 20' x 15'pool or enjoy cocktails with friends while watching the sunset (in-pool seating accommodates 6-8 adults, plastic glassware provided). After your swim relax in the sun on one of the cushioned chaises amidst the potted palms and enjoy the views of Sandy, Jackadan and Mabouya Island.

Kitchens
Food preparation is made easy with an efficient layout, ample counter space and contemporary stainless steel stove with gas range and electric convection oven and microwave. Large windows and a ceiling fan provide excellent ventilation. An outdoor open-air kitchen is located just outside the main kitchen housing a wood/charcoal barbecue and Asian style wok burner with assorted cooking tools. The garden suite on the lower floor has a small self contained kitchen with stainless steel hot plate, mini fridge and dishes/cooking utensils. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar under the Thai archway, the natural stone slab table tops in shade garden or dinner by candlelight while watching the fireflies after sunset at the terrace dining table.

Master Bedroom
Accessed from the living room through hand carved Balinese doors, the master bedroom has a king sized four poster bed, night stands, terra cotta tile floors, writing desk, high speed wireless internet access, ceiling fan, air conditioning, twin closets and a bank of ocean view louvered windows. The master bathroom has double sinks with storage cabinets and leads to an outdoor shower with ocean and moon views. The trellised roof and terraced glass block walls in strategic places ensure your privacy.

Guest Bedroom
The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized hand carved teak bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, louvered windows with pool and ocean view, terracotta tile floor, DVD player with HDMI hookup for laptops, 22" flat screen monitor, writing/computer desk, wooden louvered closet with adjoining ensuite bathroom with tiled shower. In the closet you'll find a hiking day pack, snorkel equipment and beach coolers for guest use.

Garden Level Suite
A winding stone pathway through the bamboo grove on the north side of the house leads to the garden level suite which has a private entrance, peak-a-boo ocean views and covered deck with stone floors. The suite is 300 SF with king sized platform bed, two large screened louvered windows, ceiling fan, high speed wireless internet access, phone, kitchenette with stainless hotplate, mini-fridge, coffee maker, basic utensils, en suite bathroom, tiled shower and table for four on the private deck.

Gardens
The gardens at Bluewater have plenty bamboo, papaya, banana groves, key lime, grapefruit, mandarin orange, fig tree, passion fruit, clockvine, coconut, travellers palm, crinium lilies, bird of paradise, tamarind, turmeric, pink ginger and plumeria. Depending on the season, you may be able to pick your breakfast papaya from the main deck, limes off the dwarf citrus trees to drizzle overtop or fresh herbs from the garden and deck planters for your scrambled eggs. Solar lit stepping stone pathways wind throughout the bamboo grove and garden areas. The shade garden terrace in the back of the property is a nice area to relax or enjoy a barbecue with seating for a dozen or so people with stone slab tables and bench seating.

Internet Access on Carriacou
Internet access speeds on Carriacou vary greatly throughout the island depending on your location. Bluewater Villa has some of the most reliability internet access and speed on the island due to it's location. Bluewater villa has high speed wireless internet access througout that is good to go about 99% of the time. We do have the occasional power outage but that will not normally affect your laptop access.
